Edited to respond* The apartments are about what you would expect for the price. The problems are with with their policies and more their attitude. I have never made a late payment ever in my almost 2 years living here. I even had signed up for autopay to insure my rent was paid on time each month. Apparently it did not go through this month. This was not due to lack of funds and my bank confirmed no charge attempt was even made. I received a call today saying my rent was late. I paid it right away. I was charge 140 dollars in fees which is 20% of my monthly rent for autopay not working correctly.. I called to ask about this and was told those are the fees, completely dismissed and the conversation was ended. While I do appreciate a reply, I am thinking this is automated as I had already contacted the office and was blown off. I see no reason to repeat this.

For the most part the apartment has been fine. Paid my rent using autopay for over a year and one time it messed up I get stuck with a 140 dollar fee and well nothing can be done.

I lived here about 3-4 years ago. The apartments themselves are not terrible. They are older, for sure, but they were clean and had SOME updates, but you can hear EVERYTHING. for all of your neighbors next to you, across the hall, above you, EVERYTHING. The amount of rules, regulations, etc is ridiculous - there were probably 60 pages worth of items to sign, I didn't mind the rules persay, but I got a cramp signing those papers. I guess that's what you get with low income type apartments. I lived her for about a year because at the time I did not really have a choice to go anywhere else. If you aren't home much maybe this would be the place for you because many people who live here are not the nicest. Management wasn't bad, they ladies were pretty nice, but sometimes overbearing. It wasn't the worst place to live, but I just wouldn't really reccomend it.

Probably one of the best apartments I have lived in, very well maintained property, when ever I have had a problem they were quick to get it fixed. If I could just rate the staff it would be 5 stars cause they are so out going and have a great personality, as long as you communicate with them they work with you on whatever your needing very understanding Debbie by far is my favorite

Its not worth the price.I moved 24 hrs away to this apartment complex.It wasn't wiped down,office manger new that because she claimed the cleaning lady had cancer.It wasn't that big of a deal to me.But,the walls are paper thin and they did not return my deposit although I left the place spotless !
